2020 Instructor Renewal

F-M Ambulance Training Center Members

If you are interested in continuing with our training center, you will need to attend one (1) of the upcoming renewal dates. Register on Sanford Success Center (links below).

• BLS Only, you may register here.

• BLS and ACLS/PALS, you may register here.

• Sanford EMS: Check your email for Internal Renewal sessions.

• Internal Sanford Employees: Your AHA training site coordinator will be in contact with you.

Prior to attending your session, please log into the AHA Instructor Network and verify that your contact information is up-to-date. If you do not remember you username and/or password, you will need to contact the Technical Support for the American Heart Association.

At your renewal session, you will complete the following:

• Pay your dues ($65.00 per instructor)
• Update your Instructor Profile
• Complete your Instructor Agreement
• Complete the discipline(s) specific written exam(s)
• Perform discipline specific provider skills
• Conduct skills evaluation of a peer
• Complete device specific training

2019 Instructor Renewal

F-M Ambulance TC Members,


I hope you all had a good 2018! It is that time of year to complete Instructor Renewal for our Training Center. You will not be required to come in for renewal sessions this year. Instead, we would like you to update everything online.
Please complete the steps below. (These must be completed by all instructors to continue with our Training Center)

1. Update your Instructor Profile
2. Complete 2019 Instructor Agreement
• External Instructors
• Internal (FMA/SHEMSE) Instructors
3. Pay your due ($65.00 per instructor), contact Carmen for payment
• Credit Card via phone
• Cash or Credit Card in person
• Check
4. Verify/Update Instructor Network
• Log into the AHA Instructor Network, www.ahainstructornetwork.org, and verify that your instructor and contact information is up-to-date.  If you do not remember your username and/or password you will need to contact the Technical Support for the American Heart Association and they will assist you.

Email completed forms to tyler.dekrey@sanfordhealth.org , fax them to 701-364-1760 , or mail them to us.


Please have all forms and dues submitted by Friday, 1-25-2019.
